Weather Channel founder, John Coleman wants to sue Al Gore so that at least there can be some debate on the issue of Global Warming/ Climate Change. Check out the article here.

Hey Marc. I have always been a little confused at why christians are so adamantly opposed to the idea that global warming is possibly happening - not to the idea that it is happening, which remains unproven, but to the idea that it might be. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Sorry my response is like several months after the question but here it goes.
I don't know for sure why as you say "Christians are so adamantly opposed the the idea that global warming is possibly happening". I can speculate however that there are many Christians that don't buy everything that comes from the mouths of the main stream press.
As far as I am concerned, I think there is such a thing as climate change but that is nothing new and it is not being affected by humans.
I think it has been something the media, the education system and sectors of the government have been involved in to create fear and use it to help implement a global socialist movement.
Now that we are on the edge of a global economic disaster, that will take the main stage and the climate will just be a supplement of sorts.
I know this may sound kind of crazy but watch and see. Better yet, ask that God will give you eyes to see.
